Been a member for awhile but only went to my first class a week ago due to scheduling conflicts and classes. With that said I am definitely fitting the gym in more. Not only can you go at your own pace but you still get a workout unlike anything you’d believe. I have tried crossfit,planet fitness, ISI(they are a great gym also but the workouts were nothing like TitleBoxing). I hate working out, I hate publicizing any reviews. But if you are like me when you read on their website about the workout and putting on gloves not having any boxing experience whatsoever and the pace being intense. I can tell you first hand it is not bad nor hard to learn shout out Big Mike and Samantha for helping get started and helping me learn the combos and strikes. Even at my slow pace I still felt the pain haha but that one session improved my cardio and I dropped 3 lbs. The atmosphere is friendly and trainers are supportive. I never been itching to go to a gym before here but now I am. If your hesitant try the free class. But believe me when I say you will become hooked. I am glad I signed up for this gym way back when and didn’t cancel. I was nervous at first but no more. Take a leap and try it you will not be disappointed.
